The Science & Technology Employability Forum (STEF) is part of the Departmental Employability Strategic Framework (DESF). The proposed framework is based on three employability pillars, namely (i) Student, (ii) Service, (iii) Stakeholder. The scope is to align the three pillars in providing the most effective employability support at a departmental level with the ability to provide a scalable, adaptable and sustainable strategy for future deployment at School level. The Science & Technology Employability Forum (STEF) is a half-day forum including (i) a range of talks from employers, (ii) Q&A sessions, (iii) visiting successful graduates and placement students, (iv) networking lunch with academic and industry players. The STEF preliminary agenda is as follows:
